The opening scene of the Voyage of the Fallen Star drops the party into a crypt/temple of a long-dead cult of astrologists. Among the vestments of this religious order are these robes that reflect the beauty of the night sky. While the Pathfinder version of, this adventure recommends a Hat of the Magi as a stand-in for the Robe of the Stars, I recommend you use this robe instead.
