The Essence of Power; Elemental Telekinesis

Lately, I have been exploring various realms of genre fiction and wondering if there was a way to crash them together in a tabletop experience. This means figuring out a way to balance unrelated effects against each other. I love Mutants and Masterminds for its ability do describe almost any character ability you can think of, so I am experimenting with M&M’s tools to work on ways to fold multiple genres together.


Elemental Telekinesis

The power to manipulate matter using elements. Sub-power of Elemental Manipulation. Elemental variation of Telekinesis.

Capabilities

The user can use the elements, such as air, fire, earth, water, magnetism, etc., to move, manipulate or otherwise interact with matter. This even includes the ability to use the elements to enable flight using the elements as a medium to do so.

Mechanics

Elemental Telekinesis is a Move Object power effect with Elemental descriptors, restricting the telekinetic effect to the identified element or elements. The effect costs 2 power points per degree.

Supernova's principal power is his ability to manifest the Solar Flame. Each of his Plasma-based powers is derived from the Solar Flame. He can manifest a separate instance of solar flame from each of his hands because they are derived from the same power source. Using multiple powers at the same time diminishes their effect. Only one power can be used at one hundred percent of its power.

Dynamic Effect- Control Plasma

Supernova can reshape Plasma, including fire, at full strength, he can move ten five cubic feet blocks of plasma into the same amount of space within range Move Fire 10
