The Modest Celestial Blessing is a Liked-tier boon for those who have demonstrated consistency and trustworthiness within the Celestial Accord. This privilege allows a character to formally request the casting of a single spell up to 4th level by an authorized Accord spellcaster, suitable for emergencies, critical missions, or significant restorative effects. Like all Accord-sanctioned magic, higher-level services are closely monitored—benefits come with scrutiny, responsibility, and a paperwork trail.

Cost: 6 Favor then the spellcasting fee per casting
Effect: You may request the casting of a single spell up to 4th level by an Accord spellcaster at an official facility, sanctuary, hospital, or command post. Permitted spells include notable restorative, divinatory, and utility effects (e.g., restoration, remove curse, locate creature, dimension door, divination, stoneskin, lesser planar bindings), subject to GM approval and Accord protocol.
Spells are performed in a regulated, public setting; requests for magics affecting combat, secrecy, or large-scale alteration are evaluated with additional scrutiny or may require higher-tier privileges. A normal waiting time is 1–8 hours. Service is fully documented—both PC and Accord gain a record of the ritual; the character is expected to explain the reason for the request.
Special: Abusing the privilege, especially for profit or illegal ends, results in loss of boon and possible reputation downgrade. Repeated requests for high-impact spells outside medical/emergency/campaign contexts will increase costs or attract scrutiny.
