The Advanced Celestial Blessing is an Admired-tier boon, available to Accord members and allies who have demonstrated outstanding loyalty and service (15–29 Favor). This boon allows the character to request the casting of an advanced spell (up to 6th level) by an authorized Accord spellcaster. Such potent magic—from mass healing to powerful protective wards or far-reaching divinations—is only granted under close scrutiny, with a formal review and thorough documentation. This power enables critical success in pivotal missions and campaign-defining moments while reinforcing the Accord’s principles of strict responsibility and order.

Cost: 12 Favor, then the spellcasting fee per casting
Effect: You may request the casting of a level 1–6 spell by an Accord magus, arch-priest, or ritual circle at an authorized facility, hospital, ritual chamber, or field command post. Available spells include (but are not limited to): advanced healing spells, powerful restorative effects (remove affliction, breath of life), high-level wards (dispel magic, antimagic field, contingency), battlefield control (wall of force, teleport), or legendary divinations (legend lore, prophecy)—subject to GM approval and Accord regulations. The process is public, formally witnessed, and logged in Accord records. A high-ranking Accord official typically interviews or sponsors the request. Standard wait time is 3–24 hours.
Special: Abuse of the privilege, especially for illicit, destabilizing, or self-serving uses, risks suspension or total loss of Accord favor and possible investigation. Mission-critical or campaign-climax uses of the ritual may be upgraded, at GM discretion, to grant signature Accord-themed effects or reward outstanding player loyalty.
