Magnus is a dyed-in-the-wool adventurer and a cunning old rogue, and still exhibits much of his old personality, though in death his outlook on life has become more dour and grim. Nevertheless, he still possesses much of his original bold, driven, and greedy nature. Because of his obsession with the astral compass, Magnus’ ghost is unable to roam beyond this room and is ignorant of the rest of the temple (past his spotty memory of when he entered decades ago).
