Marching From the Fallen Star; Soicfath the Stargazer

Despite his eccentricities, Soicfath is a powerful sorcerer with an innate gift for manipulating the cosmic forces that govern the universe. He has harnessed this power to divine the future, casting horoscopes and interpreting the omens he sees in the stars. He believes that the alignment of the stars and planets can reveal secrets and unlock hidden knowledge, and he is convinced that he is destined for greatness.

Soicfath's madness and obsession with astrology can make him unpredictable and difficult to understand. Still, those who can look past his eccentricities may find him to be a valuable ally or source of knowledge. His powers may be a double-edged sword, however, as his obsession with the stars can lead him to overlook more mundane concerns, and his predictions may be colored by his own biases and delusions.
