Trigger: you grab a person you can pick up

Duration: Instant

Cost: 10 Focus

Effect: You throw the grabbed person at another target. The range is determined by your mighty power level and the grabbed person’s size. Make a ranged attack on the target. Failure still inflicts regular damage to the thrown person, who falls within one space of the target. On a success, the target also takes regular damage. On a fantastic success, the target is also knocked prone.
