Unseen Broker
Whether in a dream, answering a feeling in your heart, or enacting a mysterious ritual, you have agreed to mediate between your patron and the rest of the world. Of course, you understand the power of deals and receive further knowledge in exchange for your service. Your patron might be a god, an enigmatic figure like a planar being, or even an alien entity. Regardless of their origin, it is clear that you advance your patron's agenda through the bargains you make with others.

Your patron teaches you about bargains and how they can hold power over others. You gain the pact broker hex cantrip and your familiar learn command.
Familiar of Enticing Negotiation
Your familiar constantly whispers distracting offers of power, wealth, and other temptations to your enemies, even if your familiar normally doesn’t have the means of speaking. When you Cast or Sustain a hex and your familiar is within 10 feet of an enemy, the enemy becomes off-guard until the start of your next turn. Your familiar can only distract a single enemy per round in this way.

Mysterious Contract
A rare, ancient contract resurfaces, promising immense power but with hidden costs. The Unseen Broker tasks their agent to secure it before it falls into the wrong hands.
The local magistrate is being influenced by a shady contract, leading them to make unfair judgments. The witch needs to investigate, find the flaw in the contract, and expose it.
Enigmatic Patron's Request
The patron demands a seemingly insignificant item be retrieved. However, this item is crucial for a grander, unseen scheme, and its acquisition will test the witch's negotiation and persuasion skills.
The patron requires the witch to broker peace between two warring factions. This peace, however, may not be entirely beneficial to all parties involved. The witch must balance their patron's wishes with their own morality.
Strange Bargains
A colony's prosperity is suddenly tied to a series of strange bargains. Citizens are gaining what they desire, but at the cost of their memories or identities. The witch is asked to unravel the source of these deals and decide if they should be broken.
A planar being is offering powerful boons in exchange for seemingly trivial tasks. The witch must discern the being's true motives and whether the bargains are worth the potential consequences.
Great Old One
A being from beyond the stars, whose motives are alien and incomprehensible. Its deals often involve forbidden knowledge and strange mutations.
Celestial Emissary
An angel or other celestial being, working to uphold cosmic law or seeking to redeem souls. Their bargains often involve oaths, sacrifices, and tests of faith.
Archfey Trickster
A powerful fey creature that revels in chaos and mischief. Their deals are full of loopholes and often involve illusions, stolen memories, and bargains with unintended consequences.
Spirit of Commerce
An abstract entity that embodies trade and negotiation. Its bargains are centered around contracts, favors, and exchanges, often with an emphasis on balance and fairness, albeit in a very literal way.
Shadowy Guildmaster
The leader of a powerful organization that operates in the shadows. Their deals involve information, influence, and tasks that require secrecy and discretion.
