D23 The Temple of the Leaping Oracle; 2-9 Barrack Pad

I like to use preexisting rule systems to inform my world-building. So, I look at rules elements as ways to inform how the world works. At the stage in my dungeon-building, I find myself asking where these inhabitants come from; how do they sustain themselves here? I dip a bit into the settlement rules from the Kingmaker adventure path to guide me in identifying the types of facilities my adversary organizations will need to do the things I want them to do in my game world.

I will admit that I bend the rules a bit to make them work for me. I decided to put a settlement inside my dungeon, so the normal settlement facilities now occupy individual rooms, and my population numbers per level are also going to be much smaller.
