The Essence of Power; Universal Force Manipulation

Adapted from Universal Force Manipulation- Superpower Wiki

Lately, I have been exploring various realms of genre fiction and wondering if there was a way to crash them together in a tabletop experience. This means figuring out a way to balance unrelated effects against each other. I love Mutants and Masterminds for its ability do describe almost any character ability you can think of, so I am experimenting with M&M’s tools to work on ways to fold multiple genres together.

Universal Force Manipulation

The power to manipulate universal forces. Sub-power of Universal Manipulation.

Also Called

Cosmic Energy (Kamen Rider Fourze) Control/Manipulation

Universal Energy Control/Manipulation

Universal Force Control

Capabilities

The user can manipulate all universal forces (cosmic, space-time, etc.) and bend them to their will. The power to control cosmic energy, manipulate space-time, generate and control electromagnetism, gravity, cosmic fire, etc. is in the hands of the user.

Applications

Elemental Manipulation

The power to manipulate elements.

Limitation

Non-Atomic Body.

Energy, being massless, is not matter, so while a matter manipulator may be able to generate energy, they are unlikely to control it directly.

There are ways to get around this particular limit:

Energy Transduction

Energy Matter Manipulation is a technical combination of the two.

Distance, mass, precision, etc., depending upon the knowledge, skill, and strength of the user.

Users of Meta Matter Manipulation or Reality Warping can overpower matter manipulators.

May be unable to create matter, only control it.

Completely useless against Immaterial Manipulation.

Antimatter Manipulation may destroy matter on contact.

Destruction/Erasure/Nothingness Manipulation may delete matter from existence.
