Lately, I have been exploring various realms of genre fiction and wondering if there was a way to crash them together in a tabletop experience. This means figuring out a way to balance unrelated effects against each other. I love Mutants and Masterminds for its ability do describe almost any character ability you can think of, so I am experimenting with M&M’s tools to work on ways to fold multiple genres together.

Capabilities
The user can manipulate the entire universe; nigh-infinite bodies of space and time containing vast quantities of baryonic matter, dark matter and antimatter and cosmic energies/forces. It also consists of various celestial bodies made of matter such as stars, planets, asteroids, solar systems, nebulae, galaxies, etc.
Applications
Universal Force Manipulation
The power to manipulate universal forces.
Limitation
May become powerless in alternate universes or in areas outside the universe.
The user might be greatly weakened if their universe is destroyed.
Cannot affect users of Meta Power Immunity and Omnilock.
