At the top of the Stargazer’s Observatory, a domed roof shows signs of age, with missing shingles and cracks that allow glimpses of the starry night sky. A weathered lightning rod extends skyward from the roof, seemingly reaching out to the heavens. The tower's upper levels have succumbed to the passage of time, leaving behind jagged edges and exposed beams. Shattered windows offer glimpses into the inner sanctum, where flickering candlelight casts ethereal shadows on the walls, adding to the mystique.
Inside the tower, a narrow and winding staircase leads to Soicfath's private quarters and proper observatory. The main chamber serves as a study and library, filled with shelves sagging under the weight of ancient tomes, scrolls, and star charts. The air carries the scent of old parchment and dried herbs used for scrying and divination. A large round table covered in scattered scrolls and writing materials occupies the center of the room, while an armchair nearby provides a comfortable spot for Soicfath's research and meditation. Maps of the night sky adorn the walls, annotated with the sorcerer's notes.
A smaller chamber adjacent to the main study houses Soicfath's modest sleeping quarters. A simple bed with celestial-patterned blankets stands against one wall, providing a cozy sanctuary for rest and reflection. A small desk with a mirror acts as a makeshift vanity, reflecting the twinkling starlight that filters through the windows. The walls of this chamber bear tapestries depicting constellations and astral phenomena, adding a touch of cosmic wonder to the otherwise modest space.
Throughout the tower, tall windows offer panoramic views of the Umbral Veil Quarter, allowing Soicfath to observe the moon's dance, the play of shadows, and the subtle interplay between the night sky and the city's secrets.

The Stargazer's Observatory is a cylindrical stone tower nestled within the Umbral Veil Quarter of Villum. It stands above the surrounding buildings as a beacon of mystery and knowledge. The exterior of the tower bears the marks of weathering and time, with patches of moss and ivy clinging to the ancient stones. Its presence exudes an enigmatic aura, drawing the attention of passersby.
