Ability score increases cost two power points for one degree of increase. Peak-level abilities represent the natural limit of these abilities. Peak-level abilities apply only to scores of one to three. These scores do not typically require power descriptors and are typically not removed with power removal traits.

The power to manipulate the condition/state of anything. Sub-power of Aspect Manipulation and Status Manipulation.

Capabilities
The user can manipulate the condition and state target (object, place, person and event) is in, making a condition good or bad, affecting their appearance, quality and working order. They can make things pristine/in perfect condition/without flaws and maintain them, or make things run down/damaged, possibly being beyond repair.
Unlike Attribute Manipulation, this power just focus on limited number of attributes, and does not cover those such as speed, dexterity, agility, intelligence and so on. Unlike Status Manipulation, this power affects the quality of the condition, and does not affect states such as god or mortal, visible or invisible, existent or nonexistent and so on.
