The Essence of Power; Physics Manipulation

Lately, I have been exploring various realms of genre fiction and wondering if there was a way to crash them together in a tabletop experience. This means figuring out a way to balance unrelated effects against each other. I love Mutants and Masterminds for its ability do describe almost any character ability you can think of, so I am experimenting with M&M’s tools to work on ways to fold multiple genres together.

Physics Manipulation

The power to manipulate the laws of physics. Sub-power of Science Manipulation.

Capabilities

The user can create, shape, and manipulate the Laws of Physics, everything dealing with matter and its motion and behavior through space and time, along with related concepts such as energy and force, including momentum, friction, vectors, inertia, etc. They could, for example, change the direction a ball moves and how fast it travels.

The user can focus on the three major fields of physics: Relativity, focusing on the macro (largest things) universe, Classical Physics, focusing on the moderately sized (most closely related to day-to-day life), or Quantum Physics, focusing on the micro (smallest things) universe.

Applications

Atomic Manipulation

The power to manipulate matter at an atomic level.

Energy Manipulation

The power to manipulate Energy.

The power to manipulate matter. 

Physical Force Manipulation

The power to manipulate physical forces.
