Adapted from Starfinder 2e Playtest
The Pathfinder 2e Gamemastery Guide is among the most useful resources I have in my collection. A large portion of the guide is given over for NPC Statblocks. What you will find below is a conversion of the commoner NPC to fit in a Starfinder 2e Stellar Marches Campaign. For this NPC, I applied an Artisan Android to the Commoner template. I have changed out their gear to fit a science fantasy setting.
The flow of goods is an essential component of space-based societies. It moves goods from their transit status on a ship to the market where they will be used. The Porters perform a vital but unsung role in many Scifi settings. This NPC represents a common port worker on any space station. Space stations in this setting are hubs of economic activity in its purest sense. Transorbital pilots transfer massive slugs of raw material and cryo/chrono-sealed cargo containers between long-haul freighters and industrial centers. The arms and backs of porters move crates of food and finished goods from ship to port and back again.
Synth Porter Downtrodden -1
Essential to maintaining the Foundry Confederation's spacefaring economy, these laborers are hired into porter unions that ensure the cargoes that pass through their settlement are efficiently directed to their appropriate destination. Android porters try to keep a low profile due to the anti-construct inclinations of many biological porter companies.
