Enemies of the Dominion

The Dominion will expend greater resources to go after enemies based on how much venom those adversaries have earned. Hated characters can expect up to Moderate encounters with Dominion Patrols when they travel in its territory.  Hunted characters can expect up to Extreme encounters with dominion Patrols when they travel in the Domina’s domains. The Dynasty will pursue Hunted foes across Gedan with up to Severe encounters with Dominion soldiers or bounty hunters.
