Junior Tuner: Guardians of the Galactic Beat


 Initiates to the Chronologist guild are typically individuals employed by a Chronologist to complete their current mission. Should this hired help prove capable, the guild member will continue their training on the metronome network.

A nervous but eager young recruit, often fresh out of basic temporal theory courses. They wear the Guild's standard grey fatigues, often smudged with grease from Metronome machinery. They carry a Pulse Rule and a small toolkit for minor adjustments.

Junior Tuners perform routine diagnostic checks on Metronome sub-systems, clean conduits, fetch tools and components for senior Chronologists, and assist with data entry. They are often found observing more experienced Guild members, trying to absorb every detail. Anxious to prove themselves, prone to overthinking, but deeply committed to the Guild's mission. They might accidentally trigger a minor, localized temporal effect that needs player intervention to resolve.

Cooperative Nature: Junior Tuners are natural assistants; they have a +4 circumstance bonus to Aid Checks.

Basic Modifications: Junior Tuners are able to apply the Big Boom, Bunker Buster, Incapacitant, Magnetic Levitator, Long-Range Propulsor, Troubleshoot, Desperate Repair, or Killbot Mods.

Watchful Monitor:  A junior tuner is accompanied by an Exocortex Surveilance Drones they constructed as part of their initiation into the Mechanic vocation. This Drone transmits it’s sensory input to the tuner and can prevent them from being put Off-Guard by being flanked

Remote Operation:  The Tuner can remotely operate a vehicle or other machine through their Watchful Monitor
